摘要:沸石晶内的扩散行为与其孔结构有密切关系,本文用不同的处理方法,制备了不同硅铝比和相对结晶度的改性Y型沸石,研究了它们的孔结构和用容量法测定扩散系数间的关系。Y型沸石的脱铝率增高,相对结晶度下降,使沸石晶内的孔结构发生变化。次级孔增加,微孔减少,晶粒的当量直径也减小,这对扩散性能的改善十分有利。低次级孔率时,扩散系数随次级孔量的增加而近似呈线性上升,说明在有次级孔的情况下,沸石晶内的扩散系数的大小不仅与孔道尺寸有关,也与次级孔量有密切的关系。
The pore structure and diffusion in intracrystals of zeolites are closely related.By different treatment. we prepared modified Y type zeolites with distinct SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio. The increase in SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio changes the pore structure of zeolite Y: The relative crystallinity decreases with increasing rate of dealumination. As the quantity of micropore decreases, the quantity of secondary pore increases and the equivalent crystal diameter also decreases.These are highly important for the improvement of diffusion in the intracrystals of zeolite Y. At low secondary porosity, the rise in diffusivity is approximately linear with the increase in the quantity of secondary pore. The results show that the diffusivity of intracrystals of zeolite Y relates not only to the diameter of the pores but also to the quantity of secondary pore.
