摘要:以固定床反应器中催化裂解焦油组分 ( 1-甲基萘 ) 168h的两种催化剂— 5A分子筛和Ni- 3催化剂为脱炭对象 ,介绍了用热重法研究的动力学 ,结果表明 :5A分子筛和Ni -3催化剂积炭量分别为 0 .4 0 5mg和 1.0 2mg ,平均脱炭速率Ni - 3催化剂大于 5A分子筛 ,脱炭活化能分别为 60 .1kJ/mol( 5A分子筛 )和 54.7kJ/mol(Ni- 3催化剂 )
The tar cracking activities of Ni-3 catalyst and 5A molecular sieve were studied in a fixed-bed catalytic reactor, using a simulate high temperature coal gas. 1- methylnaphthalene was used as a tar model compound. The results showed catalytic reactivities for Ni-3 catalyst and 5A molecular sieve remained unchanged within 168h reaction time with space velocity of 3 000 h -1 at temperature of 550 ℃. The carbon-burning kinetics of two catalysts has been investigated by means of thermogravimetry under the condition of programmed increasing of temperature. Some kinetics data were presented, and apparent energies of activation (of 60.1kJ/mol for 5A molecular sieve and 54.7 kJ/mol for Ni-3 catalyst) were obtained at 350~700℃.
