摘要：战略创业理论可以指导新创或成熟企业不断成长、变革以便逐步建立或保持竞争优势。以发达国家技术先进企业为研究对象的战略创业理论,虽然对战略创业行为进行了一般性的描述,但是战略创业行为的实现过程仍然是一个没有打开的黑箱。基于三家本土代工企业的探索性案例研究的结果表明:整合资源实施创新与品牌战略可以推动代工企业的转型升级,企业家的机会感知能力和创新理念推动了代工企业发掘创业与创新机会,突破组装制造的路径依赖,整合资源实施创新与品牌战略。"鼓励创新、脚踏实地、组织学习和以人为本"的企业文化强化了代工企业资源的战略管理与转型升级之间的关系。
Strategic entrepreneurial theory can guide innovative companies or mature enterprises continuing to grow, and revolute, which helps to establish or keep their competitive advantages. Taking the advanced technology enterprises of developed countries, the strategic entrepreneurial theory made some general description of strategic entrepreneurial behavior, but its realization process is still an unopened black box. Basing on three local OEMs, the exploratory study shows that, the integration of resources, impiementation of innovation, and brand strategy can promote the transformation and upgrading the OEM. The entrepreneurs＇ innovative concept and opportunity perception ability, promote the OEM to explore the entrepreneurship and innovation opportunities, get rid of the assembly manufacturing path dependence, and finally integrate resources to implement the innovation, and brand strategy. The ＂encouraging innovation, down-to-earth, learning organization, people oriented＂ company culture, regulates the relationship between OEM＇s resources strategic management and its transformation and upgrading.
