摘要：作为基础产业的农业发展,在开放经济条件下,以及我国构建和谐社会的进程中,研究和考察农民利益的形成与获取,本身体现着社会广义上的和谐发展,并具有重要的国际意义。它首先是国际关系中国家利益最大化的体现,其次是农产品价值规律作用于国际市场使得农民利益进一步融入世界经济体系,并且体现了国际维度上的市场失灵与国家干预,从而农业宏观调控的国际延伸。就中国而言,农民利益获取、创造乃至利益均衡形成的和谐社会的进步,将进一步促进国际人权事业的发展。
Under the condition of opening economy and in the process of building a harmonious society in China, there is important international meaning in studying and examining the formation and obtainment of farmers＇ interests, which embody harmonious development in the broad sense. Firstly, it represents maximization of national interests in international relations; Secondly, value law of agricultural products functions in international market, so that farmers＇ interests are further integrated with world economic system, and this integration intemaUy means market failure, national intervention and hence agricultural macro-control with a international dimension; Especially so far as China, the obtainment and creation of farmers＇ interests and the progress of harmonious society based on interest equilibrium will further promote the cause of international human fights.
