摘要:利用吡啶在避光条件下与氯代正丁烷进行反应,得到吡啶季铵盐离子液体。将该离子液体作为催化剂来催化环氧丙烷与CO2的加成反应,得到碳酸丙烯酯。考察了反应压力、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量对PC收率的影响。在合适的条件(压力5.0 MPa、温度为150℃、时间为5 h)下,碳酸丙烯酯的收率可达88.1%。
The pyridine quaternary salt was synthesized by the reaction of pyridine with 1-butyl chloride under dark condition.Then it was used as an ionic liquid catalyst to prepare propylene carbonate(PC) from carbon dioxide and propylene.The effects of reaction pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst dosage on the yield of PC were investigated.Under optimum reaction conditions(5.0 MPa,150℃,5 h),the yield of PC could reach 88.1%.
