摘要:通过熔融共混工艺,利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)/玻璃纤维(GF)/溴化环氧树脂共混体系,研究了各组分对共混体系力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,GF含量的增加不仅可以全面提高共混体系的力学性能,而且可以提高共混体系的阻燃性能;随着阻燃剂溴化环氧树脂含量的增加,共混体系的阻燃性能显著改善,但力学性能稍有下降。
By melt blending process, a kind of flame retardant and glass fiber reinforced PET engineering plastics was prepared with a double screw extruder. The influence of every component on mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the system was studied. The results showed that the increase of the content of glass fiber could improve mechanical properties as well as flame retardancy, when the content of the brominated epoxy resin increased, the flame retardancy of the blending system was improved remarkably with a few negative effect on mechanical properties.
