摘要：随着地球生态环境的恶化 ,有毒化学品对人体健康的危害正引起人们的关注。本文从立法模式、危害评估及预防规范、管制规范、罚则等几方面对两岸如何用法律来规范有毒化学品作了比较 ,以资相互借鉴 。
People on both Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province are paying close attention to the situation that the earth's ecological environment is turning against man's existence and development, and that the polluted environment and toxic chemical products especially, have done great harm to people's health, as many chemicals are likely to cause cancer, deformity or mutation. Nowadays 1000 to 2000 types of chemical products appear on the market each year and these products are neither tried in clinics nor tested in terms of potential harmful effects. Therefore, it is of great importance to make comparative studies of the way Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province regulate toxic chemical products so as to keep people from being harmed and to protect our environment.
