摘要:NOVELTY - The preparation method involves mixing ferrous alloy powder and nickel-coated aluminum powder, spraying addition agent evenly on wire mesh, and performing different surface cleaning processes on the surface of the wire mesh. The wire mesh after surface processing is placed into a thermotank for preheating. Base powder is then sprayed by using oxy-acetylene flame spray gun to form a bottom layer with a certain hole on the surface of the wire mesh. The mixed powder is sprayed by using the oxy-acetylene flame spray gun to form a porous structure and obtain spray-type wire mesh porous material. USE - Preparation method for making spray-type wire mesh porous material for industrial application. ADVANTAGE - Provides a simple and low-cost preparation method for making spray-type wire mesh porous material with high efficiency, and that can satisfy the demand of industrial application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The surface cleaning processes include descaling process and scale formation and oil stain removal process. The temperature during the preheating process is controlled between 70 and 130 degrees Centigrade.
