摘要：在农民工权益表达多元化的背景下,何种机制影响他们的权益表达选择构成了本研究的核心问题。在以政治信任为中介变量的农民工获得感与其权益表达倾向选择的分析框架下,本研究发现农民工的获得感对他们最终所选择的权益表达倾向具有重要影响。来自政府和社会力量支持的获得感有助于农民工更倾向采取体制内权益表达方式,来自私人关系网络支持的获得感则对农民工倾向采取体制内权益表达方式起到抑制作用,并促使他们选择体制外方式。来自政府支持的获得感通过提升农民工的政治信任而降低了其采取体制外权益表达方式的可能性。基于上述研究发现,中央和各级政府部门应以农民工为本位,及时回应他们的诉求,通过提升他们的获得感来引导其权益表达方式的正确选择。
Given the diversification of the expression of the rights and interests of the migrant workers, what mechanisms affecting the expression of their rights and interests is the core of this study. Under the analytical framework of taking political trust as the intermediate variable, this study found that the sense of gain of migrant workers had a significant influence on their final choice of the expres- sion. The sense of gain from government and social organizations helps migrant workers more inclined to adopt the expression of their rights and interests within the system. The sense of gain from the pri- vate supporting network inhibits them to express their rights and interests within the system, while promotes to express outside the system. Hence, this study concludes that the sense of gain from the government support, by promoting political trust, reduces the possibility of their expression outside the system. According to the above findings, the central government and all levels of relevant administrative departments should take the need of migrant workers as a top priority, respond to their aspirations in a timely manner, and effectively guide their expression by improving their sense of gain.
