摘要:采用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E10p)、各种丙烯酸单体为原材料,制备了一系列的水性丙烯酸酯树脂,并成功地应用于卷材涂料。E10p与混合单体一起滴加到体系内反应有利于水性树脂的稳定性和漆膜的性能。研究发现,E10p的用量会影响水性树脂和漆膜的性能。随着E10p用量的增加,树脂的Mn,Mw降低。由于E10p分子的伞状结构,随着E10p用量的增加,可以提高漆膜的疏水性,从而提高漆膜的耐酸碱性和人工老化等性能。
A series of waterborne acrylic resins were synthesized by using E10p (glycidylester of versatic acid), acrylic monomers, and applied to coil coatings. It was of benefit to the resin stability and film performance, when E10p was charged into the system with the mixed monomers togeter. It was found that E10p dosage would affect the performances of the resin and film. The Mn and Mw decreased with the increase of the dosage of E10p. Because of the umbrella-shaped structure of E10p, the hydrophobicity of the film could be improved with the increase of E10p amount, thus enhancing the resistance to acid, alkali and artificial aging.
