摘要：电子信息产业是长三角的主导产业。长三角电子及通讯设备制造业嵌入全球价值链的基础之一是廉价的劳动力。本文通过构建生产函数,探讨劳动力、资本、科技投入等要素对电子及通讯设备制造业总产值和新产品产值的贡献程度,并对长三角和其他省市进行对比分析,验证长三角电子及通讯设备制造业在全球价值链中的地位。根据全球价值链理论中关于产业升级的基本路径,对长三角未来的产业升级策略提出可行建议。
Electronic information industry is the leading industry in Yangtze River Delta.One of the foundations of electronics and telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry in Yangtze River Delta embedded in global value chains is cheap labor.The paper builds a production function to explore the contribution of the labor,capital,technology integration and other elements of electronic to the output value in the industry.Other provinces and cities on the Yangtze River Delta have also been comparatively analyzed.The status of the Yangtze River Delta Electronics and telecommunications equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain has been verified.According to the theory on the industry upgrading in global value chain,some possible suggestions about the basic path of the Yangtze River Delta industry upgrading for the future have been proposed.
