摘要:箬叶作为粽子的包装材料,其微量元素含量受到广泛关注。研究样品采摘于国内箬叶主产区浙江武义、浙江松阳、安徽黄山、福建光泽、江西宁都。样品经微波消解法、干法灰化法进行前处理,结果表明微波消解法处理样品时间短,元素干扰少,随后建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速检测其中18种元素(Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Cr、Na、Zn、Cu、Fe、Al、Co、Ni、As、Se、Mo、Pb、Cd、Hg)含量。结果显示不同产地的箬叶均含有较丰富的对人体有益元素,且其中有害元素含量较低,均未超过检测限值。该结果帮助我们了解国内不同产地的箬叶微量元素含量差异,有利于控制箬叶中的有害元素,对全面深入研究开发箬叶的质量评价和风味物质提供参考。
Indocalmus leaf is often used as packing materials, in which trace elements determination gets wide attention. Indocalmus leaf samples were picked from Wuyi, Zhejiang Province,Songyang, Zhejiang Province, Huangshan,Anhui Province, Guangze,Fujian Province, Ningdu, Jiangxi Provice. Samples were treated by two different methods of microwave digestion and dry ashing. The results show that samples were treated by microwave digestion shortly and less interfered. Then 18 trace elements including Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Cr, Na, Zn, Cu, Fe, AI, Co, Ni, As, Se, Mo, Pb, Cd, Hg, were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results show that indocalmus leaf samples from different regions are rich with beneficial elements, and all harmful elements are not exceed limit. The results help us find out the difference between trace elements in indocalmus leaf from different regious and control harmful elements contents, and provide a reference for deeply research and development of indocalmus leaf.
