摘要:以废弃竹叶为碳源制备了竹叶基碳材料(BBC),进一步用氟化氢溶液去除BBC中的二氧化硅后获得了多级孔碳材料(HPC)。通过BET、SEM、TEM和XPS等测试手段对样品进行了结构表征,表明HPC具有较高的比表面积和介孔微孔复合的多级孔道结构。以BBC和HPC为载体,制备了铂基碳催化剂Pt/BBC和Pt/HPC,通过电化学方法研究了其对甲醇氧化反应的催化活性和稳定性。结果表明,Pt/HPC催化剂具有较大的电化学活性面积,催化氧化甲醇的电流密度达到492.44A/g,是Pt/BBC催化剂的1.4倍,商业化Pt/XC-72催化剂的3.3倍。
Carbon based electrode materials were prepared from biomass carbon resources. Biomass carbon material( BBC) was prepared using waste bamboo leaves as carbon source. After removing silica in BBC by HF solution,porous carbon material( HPC) was obtained. The results of BET,SEM,TEM and XPS show that the HPC possesses large specific surface area and micro-meso hierarchical pores. Pt-based carbon catalysts Pt/BBC and Pt/HPC were prepared by using BBC and HPC as supports. The catalytic activity and stability of Pt/BBC and Pt/HPC for methanol oxidation were also investigated by CA and CV methods. It shows that the Pt/HPC catalyst has large ECSA and the catalytic oxidation current density for methanol is 492. 44 A/g,which is 1. 4 times of Pt/BBC catalyst and 3. 3 times of Pt/XC-72,respectively.
