摘要:研究了刘桥一矿煤、青龙矿煤、榆林煤,掺入稻草、棉秆、玉米秆3种秸秆类生物质后混合灰熔融特性的变化规律。结果表明:对于高灰熔点刘桥一矿煤和青龙矿煤,掺入3种生物质后,煤灰的流动温度显著降低,掺混比例为30%左右时灰的流动温度降至1380℃以下。稻草的掺入增加了低灰熔点榆林煤灰的流动温度,但在所有掺混比例下,混合灰的流动温度均未高于1300℃。采用多元线性回归分析的方法对灰流动温度与灰成分参数进行拟合,得到了预测生物质与煤混合灰流动温度的方程,并使用鲍店煤掺混生物质的灰分组成对回归方程进行了检验,结果显示28组样品中,96%的灰样流动温度偏差在80℃以内。
The ash fusion characteristics of Liuqiaoyikuang coal, Qinglongkuang coal, Yulin coal with rice straw, corn stalk, cotton straw were studied. The results show that the addition of 3 kinds of crop straw reduces the ash flow temperature of Liuqiaoyikuang coal and Qinglongkuang coal significantly, and the flow temperature of coal ash can be reduced to 1380 ℃ at the blend ratio of 30%. Though the addition of rice straw increases the ash flow temperature of Yulin coal, the flow temperatures of mixtures are less than 1300℃ at all blend ratios. The method of multiple linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between flow temperatures and the chemical parameters, and a prediction model was founded. The model was tested by the ash composition of Baodian coal/crop straw, and the result shows that the deviations of flow temperature calculated by the model of 96% in 28 ash samples are less than 80 ℃.
