摘要:Hydrocracking is one of the most significant processes in modern refinery. In this paper, a capacity of 2.4 million tons per year industrial hydrocracking unit is modeled by using ASPEN HYSYS template. The key activity factors that are sensitive to the product yields within the model are optimized according to the historical data from a Chinese petroleum refinery. It is shown that the model predicted product yields are in a good agreement with the industrial data. On the basis of the corrected model, the effects of the feed properties on the product distribution are investigated. The calculated results show that there are good linear relationships between the three feed properties and the product mass yields, which indicates that the calculated results in the present work can be directly used to obtain the delta-base values for the linear-programming model that utilized in production planning.
