摘要：论文从科技传播形式和受传者的角度,分析机构知识库的用户群体,合理定位机构知识库价值,并在此基础上开发机构知识库服务功能。分别从科研人员、学生、决策管理人员、企业、图情人员和非专业大众六类用户的信息需求角度,细化机构知识库的服务功能,包括统计分析功能、交流功能和知识服务功能。并按用户的服务保证级别,对不同用户使用机构知识库的权限进行设置。
From the perspective of scientific and technological communication and the transmission of knowledge base, this paper analyzes the user groups of the university IR, reasonably positions institutional repository, and on this basis, designs the corresponding service functions. Respectively from the perspective of researchers, students, managers in making decisions,enterprises, library and intelligence officers and non professional public six types of user, it refines the service function of the IR, including statistical analysis function, communicative function and knowledge service function. And according to the user＇s service guarantee level, the accesses of the IR for different users are set up.
