摘要：特殊螺纹油、套管是一种具有较高技术附加值的钢管产品,其制造技术近年来成为我国钢铁企业研究的重点。介绍了特殊螺纹油、套管的发展历史,归纳了目前占市场主导地位的特殊螺纹油、套管生产厂家及生产的主要扣型。对国际上研究、开发特殊螺纹接头的方法进行了分析总结,并介绍了主要研究成果。在此基础上,指出了我国特殊螺纹接头研究、开发过程中所存在的主要问题,并结合自主开发特殊螺纹的经验,提出了几点改进建议。
Tubing or casing with premium thread connections are of high-tech products and their manufacture technology has become a major importance in many steel enterprises in recent years. The history of premium thread connections is introduced in this paper and the main manufacturers of these products are summarized. Moreover, the research and development method of premium threaded connections are analyzed and the main achievements are summarized. On base of these, the main importance on premium connection research in China is described. Finally, some advice is given in this paper according to the authors experience on research and development premium connections.
