摘要：本文在体验式学习和教学的基础上提出了“互动式体验学习”的概念,并依此理念对“社区工作”课程进行重新建构,取得了良好的教学效果。
This Paper produces the notion of ″Interactive Experience Studying″ on the basis of experience studying and teaching, and reconstructs the community work course according to this notion,achieving good teaching effect.
