摘要：高校学生党员是青年群体中的先进分子,其党员意识如何,关系到高校能否为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人。当前,大学生党员中党员意识淡化和党员形象弱化的现象日趋凸显。本文采用问卷调查、实地走访等研究方法,对当代大学生党员意识现状及党员发展工作面临的问题进行分析与总结,进一步探究大学生党员意识培养途径,以期更好地改进高校大学生党建工作。
College student party members are the advanced elements of the youth group, the consciousness of the party members, the relationship between the college and university can train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At present, the phenomenon of College Students' awareness of Party members and the weakening of the image of Party members are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper adopts questionnaire survey, field visits and other research methods, the paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of contemporary college students facing the awareness of Party members and Party member development work, to further explore the way to cultivate students' awareness of Party members, in order to improve the party building work for college students.
