摘要:基于单轴式声悬浮仪结构,对声悬浮装置进行改进并进行实验.基于声学理论,定量推出的驻波形成的条件,对影响装置悬浮能力的频率、电压、悬浮物大小和密度等多种变量进行研究,使得悬浮能力得以提升,并对单个悬浮小球运动和所有悬浮小球整体运动的操控程度进行研究,最后利用COMSOL软件模拟仿真,进行进一步验证.
The configuration of acoustic levitation and conducting environments were improved to verify the conditions to form standing waves derived quantitatively based on acoustic theory and the structure of single-axis acoustic levitation instrument. The levitation ability was improved by optimizing various kinds of variables influencing the levitation ability of the installation, including frequency, voltage and the size and density of the levitated object. The degrees of manipulation were researched by the movement of a single levitated small ball and the overall movement of all levitated small balls. The consequences were verified by the simulation using COMSOL software.
