摘要：NOVELTY - Perylene diimine compounds (I) are new. USE - Perylene diimine compound (I) is used for thin-film device. ADVANTAGE - The compound (I) has excellent photoelectric property, good thermal stability, and good dissolvability, thus can be dissolved in normal organic solvent. The thin-film device can be prepared conveniently via conventional spin coating method or silk screen printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Perylene diimine compounds of formula (I) are new. R=alkyl, alkoxy or aryl/aromatic base; and R'=H, aryl/aromatic base, or halogen.
