摘要：中国西部地区物流水平对国家战略和区域经济发展至关重要。本文以西部地区12省市物流为研究对象,基于区域经济基础、物流供求状况、物流支持状况、信息化水平四方面,设计包含16个指标在内的区域物流发展综合评价指标体系,分别使用主成分分析法、熵权法、灰色关联分析法以及Kendall协同系数检验法,对2014-2015年区域物流发展水平进行评价。结果表明西部地区各省份区域物流水平差异明显,但整体保持稳定且存在上升趋势,有助于发现各区域物流发展制约因素和比较优势。使用聚类分析、引力模型构建以四川一级中心、重庆和陕西二级中心的"一主两副"西部地区轴辐式物流网络,利于"一带一路"战略有效衡量区域物流发展水平、协调整合区域物流资源、解决区域经济社会发展不平衡、推动区域经济一体化。
Logistics level in Western China is quite important for China＇ s national strategy and regional economy development. Based on the design of the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional logistics development based on the four aspects （regional economic base, logistics supply and demand, logistics support and information level） with 16 indexes, the logistics development levels of 12 provinces in Western China were evaluated of Western China in 2014 and 2015 by the methods of principal component analysis, entropy weight method, grey correlation analysis method and Kendall coefficient test. The results showed that the logistics of 12 western provinces leveled different markedly but stabled and risen overall, which can help to discover the restriction and the comparative advantage of each regional logistics. Clustering analysis and gravity model were used to build the shaft radial logistics network called by ＂one center and two subcenters＂ （Sichuan as the primary center, Chongqing and Shaanxi as the secondary centers） in Western China, which can make the ＂Belt and Road＂ strategy benefit from measuring the regional logistics development level effectively, coordinating the integration of regional logistics resources, solving the imbalance of regional economic and social development as well as promoting the regional economic integration.
