摘要：实现了一个钢坯加热炉零维数学模型,并论述了该模型在加热炉的设计计算、校核计算以及自动控制的前馈环节中的应用。模型支持新型蓄热式换热的计算,工程实践表明该模型有很强的实用性。
This paper carries out a zerodimensional model of reheating furnace. The application of this model in design calculation, correction calculation and feedforward in control system of reheating furnace is also described. Regenerative heat transfer calculation for reheating furnace is supported in this model. The practicability of this model is showed in engineering application.
