摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxylic ester comprises reacting salicyl aldehyde with benzene diazonium to obtain 1-phenyl-azo-2-1, 2-phenyl aldehyde; and subjecting 1-phenyl-azo-2-1, 2-phenyl aldehyde and methyl ester containing compound to etherification, ring-closing reaction, and reducing reaction to obtain 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxylic ester USE - Method for preparing 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxylic ester (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high reaction selectivity, uses simple operation, and is capable of carrying out at large scale industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxylic ester of formula (I) comprises reacting salicyl aldehyde with benzene diazonium to obtain 1-phenyl-azo-2-1, 2-phenyl aldehyde; and subjecting 1-phenyl-azo-2-1, 2-phenyl aldehyde and methyl ester containing compound of formula XCH2COOR to etherification, ring-closing reaction, and reducing reaction to obtain 5-aminobenzofuran-2-carboxylic ester. R=1-5C alkyl with straight or branched chain; and X=F, Cl, Br or I.
