摘要:设计了一个能同时测定体相反应速率和催化剂片中心浓度的单片扩散反应器,研究了Pd/HM型轻质烷烃异构化催化剂上的正已烷异构化反应。根据Thiele-Zeldovich模型,从动力学实验中算得的有效扩散系数,和同一催化剂片上物理过程测得的有效扩散系数基本相等。
A reactor was designed for measuring simultaneously the bulk reaction rate and the composition at the center, of catalyst pellet. The isomerization of n-hexane on Pd/HM isomerization catalyst for light hydrocarbons is studied. The effective diffusivity calculated from the kinetic experiments based on the Thiele-Zeldovich model is found to be identical with the value obtained from physical measurements on the same catalyst pellet.
