摘要:应用计算流体力学软件Fluent,对捏合机中黏性物料的运动进行仿真模拟研究,分析讨论了作为黏稠物系反应釜的卧式双Σ桨叶捏合机内部流场情况。通过对设备和物料特性的初步分析,选择了Laminar模型作为层流模型,标准k-ε模型作为湍流模型,动静区域选择多重参考系法。在此基础上,分别考察了该捏合机内部物料的速度分布、压力分布和搅拌功耗等特性,分析了液体黏度、搅拌转速和搅拌桨安装高度等条件的具体影响。结果表明,该捏合机适于处理的液体物料黏度范围为1~20 Pa·s,在此范围内,液体的轴向混合和径向混合均能够达到较为理想的状态;提升搅拌桨转速对径向混合的改善更为明显。提高搅拌桨安装位置,能够小幅度降低功率消耗,但是会削弱捏合机内部压差,影响搅拌混合,因此不宜用提高搅拌桨安装位置的方法来节省功率;搅拌功率会随着液体黏度的提升而线性增加,且正比于搅拌转速的2.08次方。
The computational fluid dynamics software Fluent was used to simulate the movement of viscous materials in the kneader,and the internal flow field of the horizontal doubleΣblade kneader as a viscous reaction kettle was analyzed and discussed.Through preliminary analysis of equipment and material characteristics,the Laminar model was selected as the laminar flow model,the standard k-εmodel was used as the turbulence model,and the multiple reference system method was selected for the dynamic and static regions.On this basis,the characteristics of the speed distribution,pressure distribution and stirring power consumption of the materials inside the kneader were investigated respectively,and the specific effects of conditions such as liquid viscosity,stirring speed and the installation height of the stirring blade were analyzed.The results show that the viscosity range of the liquid material that the kneader is suitable for processing is 1-20 Pa·s,within this range,the axial mixing and radial mixing of the liquid can reach a more ideal state.The speed of the stirring paddle improves the radial mixing more obviously.Increasing the installation position of the stirring blade can reduce power consumption to a small extent,but it will weaken the internal pressure difference of the kneader and affect the stirring and mixing.Therefore,it is not suitable to increase the installation position of the stirring blade to save power.The stirring power will increase with the increase of liquid viscosity.It increases linearly and is proportional to the 2.08 power of the stirring speed.
