摘要:以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,分别以UVC、UVA-1以UVA-2为功能单体合成了3种可进行UV固化的丙烯酸酯压敏胶。考察了中压汞灯与UV-LED的辐射2种光源分别对3种压敏胶性能的影响。结果表明,UVC压敏胶在汞灯的辐射下可以有效交联固化,UVA-1、UVA-2在LED灯的辐射下可以有效交联固化,在确保有效交联的前提下,3种压敏胶之间的性能差别不大。此外,多次照射对压敏胶带来的变化也不大,光引发剂在这种体系中的作用仅仅是交联作用,只要交联效果相近,性能依然取决于聚合物主体的组成与分子质量分布。
Three kinds of UV-curable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive are synthesized through using 2-ethylhexyl acrylate(2-EHA),methyl acrylate(MA),and acrylic acid(AA)as copolymerization monomers,UVC,UVA-1,and UVA-2 as functional monomers,respectively.The effects of radiation from two kinds of light source,medium pressure mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp,on the properties of three kinds of pressure-sensitive adhesive are investigated.It is found that UVC pressure-sensitive adhesive can effectively crosslink and cure itself under the radiation of mercury lamp,while UVA-1 and UVA-2 can effectively crosslink and cure themselves under the radiation of LED lamp.On the premise of ensuring effective cross-linking,the performance differences among the three pressure-sensitive adhesives are not significant.In addition,it is found that multiple exposures do not cause significant changes in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.Photoinitiator in this system plays a crosslinking role only,and as long as the crosslinking effect is similar,the performance of the adhesives still depends on the composition and molecular weight distribution of the main body of polymer.
