摘要:Many countries have established standards for the testing of mechanical seals. This paper systematically analyzed the similarities and differences in the sample size, pretreatment and test conditions of sealing test standards such as GB/T 12385, GB/T 20671.4, ASTM F37, ASME B16.20, DIN 3535-4, DIN 3535-6, JIS B2490, and carried out experimental research on some related factors that affect the sealing performance. The results show that the influence of the internal pressure of the medium and the load of the gasket on the sealing performance is closely related to the performance of the gasket itself. Surface treatments such as applying film and glue on the gasket surface can reduce the leakage between the interfaces. For gasket size, the wider the gasket width, the smaller the total leakage. The research results have a certain guiding role in understanding the nature and laws of gasket leakage and formulating reasonable gasket leakage test standards. ? 2020 IEEE.
