摘要：在我国城市化进程中,农村剩余劳动力向城市转移是一个必然趋势。然而当前已经率先进入城市的农民工,却面临着户籍制度以及与之密切关联的就业制度、教育制度等一系列制度的整体排斥。因此,在农民工市民化过程中,有效地增加制度供给,并为这一转变提供良好的制度环境,是促使农民工群体融入城市的必要前提。
In China＇s urbanization, it is an inevitable trend lor surplus labors in the rural area to migrate to the city. But the peasant-labor, who come to the city earlier, are wholly discriminated by the registration system and other relevant systems. Therefore, in the process of peasant-labors residentialization, we should increase the system supply and provide the better system environment. That is the essential prerequisite to spur the peasant-labor to become the members of the urban.
