摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of iron-based catalyst comprises mixing metal cobalt salts, zinc salts, copper salts and iron salts at mass ratio of 1:0.1:1.0:1 into ethylene glycol solution to form mixed salt solution, stirring under inert atmosphere, cooling at - 20-20 degrees C for 1-7 days, dropping 1-10 times sodium carbonate solution into 0.1-1.0 mol/L mixed salt solution to form precipitation system; stirring precipitation system for 1-10 hours, taking out precipitate, filtering, washing with excess deionized water and drying to obtain precipitate; and grinding dried precipitate for 1-10 hours, and calcining. USE - Method for preparing iron-based catalyst used for hydrogenating carbon dioxide to produce light olefins (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has easy to obtain materials and small environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of iron-based catalyst comprises mixing metal cobalt salts, zinc salts, copper salts and iron salts at mass ratio of 1:0.1:1.0:1 into ethylene glycol solution to form mixed salt solution, stirring under inert atmosphere, cooling at - 20-20 degrees C for 1-7 days, dropping 1-10 times sodium carbonate solution into 0.1-1.0 mol/L mixed salt solution to form precipitation system; stirring precipitation system for 1-10 hours, taking out precipitate, filtering, washing with excess deionized water and drying to obtain precipitate; and grinding dried precipitate for 1-10 hours, and calcining. The iron salt, cobalt salt, copper salt and zinc salt are ethylene glycol soluble divalent metal salts. The iron salt is ferrous chloride, ferrous nitrate or ferrous sulfate. The cobalt salt is cobalt nitrate, cobalt chloride or cobalt acetate. The zinc salt is zinc chloride, zinc nitrate or zinc acetate. The copper salt is copper chloride, copper nitrate or copper sulfate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of iron-based catalyst comprising carrying out synthesis of 5-30% iron-based catalyst activation treatment by heating carbon monoxide and argon mixture gas at molar ratio of 1:0.5-5 at 400-600 degrees C under - 3.0 MPa pressure for 1-100 hours, mixing carbon dioxide and hydrogen/argon at mass ratio of 1:1.0-5.0 to obtain reaction gas, and reacting through fixed bed reactor with catalyst at 200-400 degrees C under 1.0-10.0 MPa pressure and 5000-15000/hour space velocity to obtain 40.0-70.0% of 2-7 carbon-containing light olefins product, and collecting product through reactor outlet.
