摘要：本文递推了精馏塔逐板计算的详细过程。在此基础上利用Excel函数及数学变换推导了精馏塔理论塔板数的气-液相组成、理论塔板数。该方法简单易学、方便快捷。本文将此捷算法与逐板计算做了比较,结果较吻合。
A detail deduction of the formulae for the plate-by-plate calculation in the distillation column is discussed. On the basis of deduction, excel function and some mathematical processing are utilized to cal- culate the composing of the vapor-liquid phase of theoretical plate numbers. This novel method supported by reliable results is simple to learn and utilize, and convenient for application. By comparison of two cal- culation methods, their calculated results match well with each other.
