摘要：率先提出了本土研究的关键在于转变研究者的态度和立场的观点,其中,最为重要的是本土研究者需要具备"清醒的自我认识",实现从一个观察者或评论者向"他者"、"他者化"的转向。同时还讨论了影响这种转向的障碍及原因,以及如何以"他者"、"他者化"的态度和立场从事本土研究。为了推动具有"他者"、"他者化"的态度和立场的本土研究,着重讨论了中国共产党的成功之道。从对文献的阅读和整理中发现了4个可以构成中国共产党能力的层面(或维度):生存理性、组织结构、组织文化和领导与管理形式。分别讨论了这4个层面(或维度)对中国共产党获取成功的影响和作用,从中发现了一些具有本土研究意义和价值的理论现象。
This paper argues that the key point of indigenous study is the changing on intellectuals＇ attitude and position.The most important thing is that the indigenous researchers must have sober self-cognitions to carry out a changeover from observer to the other or otherization.At the same time,this paper also has a discussion about the drawback and causation which affect this kind of changeover as well as how to do indigenous study from the perspectives of the other and otherization.This paper emphasizes on the success of Chinese Communist Party to incarnate the indigenous study with the attitude and position of the other and otherization.From the literature,we find out four dimensions of the capability of Chinese Communist Party as the logos of subsistence,the organizational structure,the organizational culture and the leadership mode.This paper discusses the effect of these four dimensions on the success of Chinese Communist Party,and draws some meaningful and valuable theoretical conclusions
