摘要：计算机辅助药物设计是现代药物研究的前沿领域和发展方向,它不仅是一门理论学科,而且具有很强的实践性,因此在药学本科专业开设"药物设计实验"课程是专业发展的必然。从实验平台建设、教学内容与方法、学生成绩考核等方面,对"药物设计实验"的课程建设进行了探索与实践。
Computer-aided drug design is an advanced field and direction of modern medicinal research. It is not only a theoretical subject, but also of much practicality, so it is necessary for the development of pharmaceutical specialty that the course of drug design experiment is offered for the undergraduate students. The exploration and practice on the course construction of drug design experiment were introduced in terms of the construction of experiment platform, teaching content and method, examination mode ,and so on.
