摘要：随着中国人口老年化时代的到来,医疗需求和医疗服务正越发显现出重要性和复杂性。如何精准地解决中国大城市老年人口医疗需求、提升医疗服务质量,成为当前中国城市政府和居民共同关注的重要课题。通过上海61份老年人口医疗需求行为问卷调查等,从空间的视角,探讨上海老年人口医疗服务需求行为以及上海老年医疗资源配置失衡等问题,并提出新型老年医疗体制转型的对策建议。在老年人口郊区化和医疗需求多元化等演化趋势下,原本单中心城市空间结构下形成的老年医疗公共管理和公共政策面临新的挑战,构建以社区卫生服务中心为基础的新型老年医疗响应机制应成为人本城市化新路径的重要策略之一。
With the era of China’s aging arrival, the demand for medical services is becoming more and more important and complex. How to solve the medical needs of the elderly population and improve the quality of medical service in big cities of China has become an important issue for the Chinese government and residents. With the data of the questionnaire survey on the medical needs of the elderly, this paper discusses the medical behavior and service demand of the elderly population in Shanghai from the spatial perspective. It also studies the imbalance between the spatial distribution of the elderly population and the allocation of medical resources in Shanghai and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve this problem. In the trend of the aging population suburbanization and medical needs diversification evolution, the public management and public policy of the original single-center urban spatial structure are facing new challenges. the construction of a new type of elderly medical response mechanism based on the community health service center has become one of the important strategies of the new path of humanistic Urbanization.
