摘要:NOVELTY - A bifunctional catalyst comprises non-noble metal nanoparticle dispersion packet covering the two-dimensional nitrogen-doped porous carbon layer. The active center of catalyst is nitrogen-carbon, non-noble metal-nitrogen-carbon and carbon-coated non-noble metal nanoparticles. The bifunctional catalyst has simultaneous oxygen reduction and oxygen precipitation activities. USE - Bifunctional catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The bifunctional catalyst is suitable for commercial production, ensures good catalytic performance, uses cheap raw materials cheap, and has simple preparation process, reduced cost, and no removal of hard template and other complex operations. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bifunctional catalyst comprising mixing nitrogen-containing carbon source precursor, soft template, non-noble metal precursor and solvent at mass ratio of 10-20:1:1-5:200, stirring for 1-5 hours, sonicating for 1-5 hours, oven-drying to 60-80 degrees C to evaporate water, grinding into powder, adding to tubular furnace, calcining to 600-1200 degrees C at heating rate of 3-5 degrees C/minute for 0.5-2.5 hours under nitrogen or argon atmosphere, and cooling to room temperature; and soaking in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid for 6-8 hours to remove unstable impurities, washing with deionized water to neutralize, oven-drying at 60-80 degrees C, and grinding into powder. The nitrogen-containing carbon source precursor is melamine, dicyandiamide and/or monocarbamate. The soft template is triblock copolymer. The non-noble metal precursor is cobalt and/or iron salt or its organic compound. The solvent is organic solvent and/or inorganic solvent.
