摘要:利用向渣油中加入正构烷烃引起沥青质沉积起始点的变化以及渣油热反应生焦诱导期的变化,证实了加氢处理对渣油胶体稳定性的影响。适当的加氢处理能提高渣油胶体稳定性,深度加氢处理降低渣油胶体稳定性。根据渣油体系热反应生焦诱导期和渣油组成与结构的关系导出了渣油胶体的稳定性函数为:S(Re/(fA-As.As),Ar,Sa)=12.57Re/(fA-As.As)+1.07Ar-1.65Sa。该函数指出:胶质组分是影响胶体稳定性的主要因素,芳香分组分对胶体稳定有保护作用,饱和分组分破坏胶体的稳定性。
Effect of residue hydrotreating on colloid stability was studied by the onset of asphaltene deposition adding n-alkane and coking inducing periods heating reaction.Colloid stability of residue were improved in proper hydrotreating degree,and colloid stability of residue were reduced in higher hydrotreating degree.The stability function of residue was derived according to the relationship between coking inducing periods of residue and their compositions and structures,S(Re /(fA-As·As),Ar,Sa)= 12.57Re /(fA-As·As)+ 1.07Ar-1.65Sa,which implied that resin was the main factor to influence the colloid stability of residue,and aromatic provided protection to colloid stability,but saturate destroyed colloid stability.
