摘要:[方法]采用离心和稀释法、高效液相色谱分析、室内杀虫活性测定和盆栽试验,研究了10%三氟氯氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂的缓释性能和杀虫作用。[结果]三氟氯氰菊酯的微胶囊吸附率可达95%左右。经离心和稀释处理获得的样品I^VII中,对3龄黏虫杀虫活性表现为I>II>V>IV>III≈VI>VII,样品V的杀虫活性低于样品I和II,但显著优于III和VI。且II的盆栽防治效果优于I。[结论]说明10%三氟氯氰菊酯微胶囊悬浮剂具有较好的缓释杀虫性能。
[Methods]Slow Release property and insecticidal activity of cyhalothrin 10%microcapsule suspension were investigated by using the centrifugation and dilution method,high performance liquid chromatography,laboratory insecticidal activity test and pot experiment.[Results]The results showed that the adsorbing rate of cyhalothrin on microcapsules could reach about 95%.Among the samples I-VII obtained by centdfugation and dilution,the insecticidal activity against 3^nd instar larvae of Mythimna separata Walker showed as I〉II〉V〉IV〉III≈VI〉VII,the insecticidal activity of V was inferior to that of I and II,but was significantly higher than that of lII and VI.In addition,the control efficacy of II in pot experiment was better than that of I.[Conclusions]The cyhalothrin 10%microcapsule suspension possess good sustained release property and insecticidal activity.
