摘要：产出性老龄化是老年人参与有报酬或无报酬的商品生产及服务供给的活动,与传统老龄观和积极老龄观相区别。产出性老龄化是应对人口老龄化的重要举措,在缓解市场劳动力供给不足和社会养老保障压力以及维系社会尊老敬老良好氛围方面发挥重要功能。推进产出性老龄化,应从深入理论研究、转变老龄观念以及政府、社会、老年群体多管齐下等方面有效进行。
Different from the traditional conception of aging and the active conception of aging,productive aging is the activity in which the old undertake commercial production or service support with pay or without pay.So productive aging is an important measure to answer the aging of population.It can relieve the pressure of the scarce labour force and the social security and also hold together the good general mood of society to old men.To push on the productive aging,we should carry out the theoretical investigation and convert notion so as to accept it.And also we should mobilize all social resources including government,social forces and the old to do it together.
