摘要：肉桂醛与氰化钠、吗啡啉在对甲苯磺酸的存在下一步缩合生成２－苯基－４－（４－吗啡啉基）－２－丁烯腈，反应条件温和，收率高达８６％～８７％，其结构经光谱分析得到确定。
Three component condensation of cinnamaldehyde, sodium cyanide, and morpholine in the presence of p toluenesulfonic acid, results in an expeditious synthesis of 1 phenyl 4 (4 morpholinyl) 2 butanenenitrile, which may be used in a variety of organic synthesis.
