摘要:用旋转圆柱电极反应器和固定床反应器电解还原硝基苯制备对氨基苯酚(PAP)。在温度约85℃、槽电压约2.0伏、硫酸浓度约为20%的条件下,对氨基苯酚的摩尔收率为80%,电流效率大于75%。电解液经萃取及重结晶,得到纯度大于99%的PAP白色晶体,熔点为189℃。文章还讨论了该工艺工业化的若干问题。
Nitrobenzene is reduced electrochemically to produce paminophenol at a copper cathode both in a rotating cylinder electrode reactor and a packed bed reactor. It is shown that the yield of p-aminophenol is 80mol% at about 85℃, 20% H_2SO_4and an appropriate electrode potention. The current efficiency is about 75%. The electrolyte is extracted and recrystallized. The purity of p-aminophenol is greater than 99%, and its melting point is 189℃. Some problems about industrialization are also discussed in the paper.
