摘要：NOVELTY - Preparing PVC foaming plate comprises heating the wood fibers in an oven at 70 degrees C for 10 hours and then adding coupling agent, processing the wood fiber in water, (3) introducing the PVC resin, the stabilizer, the plasticizer, foaming agent, lubricants, calcium carbonate, crosslinking agents, crosslinking aids and treated wood fiber into a mixing machine and then mixing at 70 degrees C to obtain a mixture, (4) introducing the mixture into a double roller open mill at 50 degrees C to obtain to obtain uniformly mixed material, and (5) introducing the obtained product into a mold and then heat pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing PVC foaming plate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the PVC foaming plate in an environment-friendly manner with light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing PVC foaming plate comprises (1) taking 100 pts. wt. of PVC resin, 10-30 pts. wt. of wood fiber, 0.2-3 pts. wt. of coupling agent, 10-30 pts. wt. of plasticizer, 1-10 pts. wt. of heat stabilizer, 2-10 pts. wt. of foaming agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. of crosslinking agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. of auxiliary agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. of lubricant and 1-5 pts. wt. of calcium carbonate, where the PVC resin is PVC polymerized PVC, the wood fiber is bamboo chips. The plasticizer is benzoic ester or organic tin. The heat stabilizer is basic salt of lead, liquid metal compound stabilizers and/or organic tin stabilizer. The foaming agent is water, an acrylic resin of foam hair foam regulators. The crosslinking agent is dicumyl peroxide, bis-tert-butyl peroxide, cumene peroxide, benzoyl peroxide or triallyl cyanurate. The coupling agent is a silane coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent. The lubricant is stearic acid and/or liquid paraffin, (2) heating the wood fibers in an oven at 70 degrees C for 10 hours and then adding coupling agent, drying the mixture for 10 minutes, processing the wood fiber in natural water until the humidity is 70-80% for 2-7 days, (3) introducing the PVC resin, the stabilizer, the plasticizer, foaming agent, lubricants, calcium carbonate, crosslinking agents, crosslinking aids and treated wood fiber into a kneading and mixing machine and then mixing at 70 degrees C to obtain a mixture, (4) introducing the mixture into a double roller open mill at 50 degrees C to obtain to obtain uniformly mixed material, and (5) introducing the obtained product into a mold and then heat pressing at temperature of 170-180 and pressure of 8-15 Mpa for 2 minutes, slowly releasing pressure for 2 minutes and then cooling the mold.
