摘要:以超临界CO_2为发泡剂,采用固态升温发泡技术制备了微米级和纳米级泡孔结构的聚苯砜(PPSU)泡沫材料,通过扫描电镜对PPSU发泡样品的泡孔形貌进行了表征。在饱和压力为8~25 MPa、发泡温度为160~220℃的范围内制备的PPSU泡沫材料孔径在0.2~2μm之间,泡孔密度为10^(11)~10^(13)cell/cm3,发泡倍率为1~2.5。发泡时间固定为30 s时,泡孔孔径随着发泡温度的升高呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,而且随着饱和压力的升高,孔径不断减小;泡孔密度的变化趋势则与之相反。对发泡密度都为0.6 g/cm^3,且具有不同孔径大小的发泡样品进行了力学性能测试,结果表明:随着泡孔尺寸的减小,拉伸强度和压缩强度均显著提升,孔径为206 nm的发泡样品与孔径为1 920 nm的发泡样品相比,压缩和拉伸强度分别提高了256.1%和106.1%。
Polyphenylene Sulfone(PPSU) foams were prepared with COz as the blowing agent through a solid-state batch temperature-rising foaming process. The morphologies of PPSU foams were observed by scanning electron microscope. PPSU foams with cell sizes ranging from 200 nm to 2 μm, cell density ranging from 10^11 to 10^13 cell/cm^3 ,and expansion ratio from 1 to 2.5 were obtained by controlling the saturation pressure in the range of 8 -25 MPa and foaming temperature 160 - 220 ℃. When the foaming time was fixed at 30 s, the cell size first increased and then decreased with the increasing of foaming temperature. And the cell size decreased with the increasing of saturation pressure. The change of cell density was opposite. Mechanical properties of foamed samples with different cell sizes at a density of 0.6 g/cm^3 were measured, and the results indicated that the compression strength and tensile strength improved with the decreasing of cell size. The compression strength increased by 256. 1% and the tensile strength increased by 106. 1% ,when the cell size decreased from 1 920 nm to 206 nm.
