摘要:利用实验室自主开发的在线混合长玻璃纤维增强热塑性树脂复合材料生产设备,制备了长玻璃纤维增强PET(LFT-PET);并与双螺杆挤出机制备的短玻璃纤维增强PET(SFT-PET)进行了力学性能对比。结果表明:LFT-PET的各项力学性能显著优于SFT-PET,在玻纤质量分数同为30%时,LFT-PET的拉伸强度为SFT-PET的1.5倍,弯曲强度为SFT-PET的1.4倍,冲击强度为SFT-PET的3倍。
Long glass fiber reinforced PET (LFT-PET) engineering plastics was prepared by a self-developed on-line plastics processing equipment, and the mechanical properties of LFT-PET were compared with those of the short glass fiber reinforced PET (SFT-PET) prepared with double screw extruder. The results showed all of the mechanical properties of LFT-PET was better than those of SFT-PET, When both of the mass fractions of the glass fibers was 30%, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of LFT-PET were 1.4, 1.5 and 3 times of those of SFT-PET respectively.
