A strain of Micrococcus luteus was reported, which can produce enzyme to synthesize trehalose using starch dextrin as substrate Identifying the enzyme reaction from the following aspects: the content variety of reduction sugar; paper chromatography and high performance anion exchange pulsed amperometric detection (HPAE PAD)
