摘要:本文介绍一个微量合成综合化学实验—N-丁基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺合成及质谱表征。该实验通过亲核取代和缩合反应合成N-丁基-4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺,并利用质谱进行表征,拓展了化学类专业实验的知识面,有利于提高学生综合应用与创新能力。
This article presents a comprehensive and synthetic trace chemistry experiment: the synthesis and mass spectrometric characterization of N-Butyl-4-bromo-1,8-naphthalimide. The compound was pre- pared by nucleophilic substitution and condensation reactions, and was characterized by mass spectrome- try. The experiment has expanded knowledge of chemical class professional students and is beneficial to enhance their innovation ability.
