摘要：从企业间网络下非对称性关系切入,探讨企业间网络中核心企业网络权力的产生与动态演变,并通过多案例研究,对核心企业通过网络权力获取驱动其企业间领导力生成展开探索。研究结果显示:核心企业在网络拓展中逐形成网络权力,这种权力会随着生态企业网络的发展而增强;核心企业网络权力的获取驱动了其企业间领导力的生成,并分别在不同时期形成了技术、平台和制度层面的领导力。本研究较好地弥补了当前依托对称性网络结构而形成的关系管理理论解释力不足的问题,同时也可以启发在非对称性网络结构下进一步理论探索的展开。
This paper explores the emergence and dynamic evolution of core enterprise network power in interfirm networks from asymmetric relations in inter-firm networks. Through multi-case studies, it explores core busi- ness＇ s acquisition of inter-firm leadership generation through network power. The results show that the core enter- prises form network power in the network expansion, which will be enhanced with the development of the ecological enterprise network. The acquisition of the core enterprise network power drives the generation of the leadership a- mong the enterprises, and forms leadership at the levels of technology, platform and institution at different time. This study helps to solve the problem of the inadequate explaining power of the relational management theory formed by the symmetrical network structure, and can also promote the development of further theoretical exploration under the asymmetric network structure.
