摘要：TBCCO superconducting films with T(c) > 110 K and J(c) > 10(4) A cm-2 (77 K, 0 T) were prepared by the dip-coating pyrolysis (DCP) method. The formation of impurity phases such as BaCO3 and Ca-Cu-O, and their influence on the properties of films, were studied. A technological process was developed to avoid the formation of BaCO3 in the films. The Dcp method was characterized and evaluated.
