摘要:提出了一个从已知的Peclet数确定塔板上液体混合池数的关联式。经计算结果比较,表明该关系式具有较高的精确度。在相同条件下,由混合池模型和扩散模型所计算的塔板效率,平均偏差为0.024%,最大偏差不超过0.40%。应用Ashley等和Eduljee的Pe~n关系式,平均误差分别为0.44%和0.29%,最大误差分别为-4.64%和1.93%。
A new correlation between the number of mixing pools and the Peclet number of liquid on trays was presented for determining the number of mixing pools from a known Peclet Number. That isn=Pe+1.14/Pe+2.14(1+1.27λE_(OG)/1+Pe)^(0.5)Pe/2+1The calculated results of tray efficiency are compared with those from Ashley et al and Eduljee calculations in the range of λ=0.5~3.0, E_(OG)=0.4~1.0 and Pe=2~1000. It is shown that the correlation obtained is more accurate and the calculated tray effieiencies are in good agreement with those from diffusion model under same conditions. The maximum error and mean error are 0.40% and 0. 024% respectively.
