摘要:本文围绕"本草物质组",深入分析了其背景、目标、任务、研究内容和可行性,建议对我国的中药资源进行系统研究,全面解析中药物质组成、结构和功能,构建本草物质资源库,从而完整系统地阐述中药的多组分多靶点整合调节机制,解读中药的科学性,丰富、发展中医药理论,建立我国完整的中药知识产权保护体系,为可持续、高效的重大创新中药研究和产业化提供技术与资源支撑,为创立融合东西方医学的新医学提供基础。该设想的产生源于中国科学院知识创新工程重要方向项目"基于现代理论和技术的复方中药系统研究",科技部"973"计划项目"方剂关键科学问题的研究"和国家自然科学基金重点项目"中药药效组分的指纹图谱分析的方法研究"。
This article introduces the background, mission, route, strategy and feasibility of herbalome. Herbalome project suggested that a systematic resource research on Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) be carried out. This project should comprehensively disclose the composition, the structure and the function of TCMs, and construct the library of herb substance resources. The multi-components and multi-target comprehensive regulation mechanism of TCMs is aimed to be elucidated sufficiently, which will assure the scientific nature of TCMs. Novel theory about application of TCMs will be developed. And the systematic Chinese intellectual property protection system of TCMs will be established that will provide technical and resource support for the innovation and manufacture of grand TCM products. The origin of this project is basing on the key project of the Knowledge Innovation Program supported by the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Grant: KGCX2-SW-213)-"Systematic Research on Chinese Medicine Compound basing on Modem Theory and Techniques", the key project supported by 973 program of Ministry of Science and Technology (Grant: G19990544)-"The fundamental study on critical scientific problem of prescriptions" and the key project of National Foundation of Natural Science ( Grant : 20235020 )-" Research on methods of Chromatographic Fingerprinting Analysis of Active Components in Herbal Medicines".
