摘要:以乙醇—水常见物系,模拟加盐萃取精馏的双塔连续操作过程,利用PRO/II流程模拟软件的CASE STUDY功能,依次分析原料进料位置、复合萃取剂进料位置、溶剂比、萃取精馏塔回流比等因素对于无水乙醇产品浓度的影响,并找出最优条件:两塔理论板数各为20块,原料进料位置为萃取精馏塔第17块板,复合萃取剂进料位置为第3块板,复合萃取剂中醋酸钾的质量浓度为0.1 g/mL,萃取精馏塔回流比为2.0,溶剂比为1.3。
During the two-tower continuous operation of salt-contained extractive distillation process,CASE STUDY function of PRO/Ⅱ simulation software was used to analyze effects of feed and mixed extractant input positions,extractant ratio and reflux ratio of extraction distillation column on the concentration of ethanol products.And identify the optimal condition: 20 theoretical plates,feed input location was on the 17th plate;mixed extractant input location was on the 3rd plate,the mass concentration of potassium acetate 0.1 g/mL,extraction distillation column reflux ratio 2.0,extractant ratio 1.3.
